American Motors' '72 Gremlin was marketed as either a six or a V-8 - the latter requiring some engineering sleight-of-hand to stuff a 304 cid. V-8 into such a small package. Our engineers outfitted this Pro-Stock version with a plastic hood scoop; racing interior with roll bar; and a custom engine. Finished in red, white and blue, it's cause for a salute!
